Charter Details

Departure location: Boeing Field International Airport- Seattle, WA

Arrival location: SageCliffe Resort and Spa or Quincy Municipal Airport

What's included:

• Private round-trip helicopter transportation from Seattle, WA to Sageciffe Resort and Spa (resort reservation required) or local airport Quincy Municipal

What is not included:

• Concert tickets

• Overnight accommodation

Excursion Details: 

• Flight time is approximately 1.5 hours each way for an estimated 3 hours of total flight time (round trip)

• Up to 5 passengers per flight plus a personal item and one piece of luggage per passenger (subject to passenger weight)

• All helicopter flights are flown during daylight hours and are subject to weather, we will not operate in unsafe weather conditions or at night after a concert has finished

Rates

• $6,600+Tax

  • One-way drop-off

• $8,600+tax 

  • Round trip charter that includes a return the next day (same rate as a one way if the guest drop off time does not permit the helicopter to return to base by sunset time)

    • E.g. Fly in on a Friday and return flight on a Saturday

• $13,200+tax

  • Round trip charter that includes a drop-off with a return flight multiple days later

    • E.g. Fly in on a Friday and depart on a Monday

Route of Flight

Experience unparalleled luxury and comfort aboard our exclusive Airbus H130-T2 EcoStar helicopter. On this private charter, you will depart from Boeing Field and embark on a breathtaking journey over the Cascade Mountain Range to the stunning Gorge/Quincy area.

In approximately an hour and a half, you will transition from the iconic skyscrapers of downtown Seattle to the majestic peaks of the mountains, ultimately arriving at the eastern side of Washington state, renowned for its striking desert-like landscapes. Prior to landing, enjoy a spectacular flyby of the Amphitheatre, offering a bird’s-eye view of your concert venue.

For your return flight to Seattle, you will rendezvous with our crew at your scheduled departure time. As you journey back, savor extended aerial views of Washington’s diverse terrain, transitioning from the shrublands of the East to the lush evergreens of the West. The experience culminates with an up-close aerial tour of downtown Seattle, including a striking view of the Space Needle, before touching down at our Boeing Field headquarters.
