Charter Details

Departure location: Boeing Field International Airport- Seattle, WA

Arrival location: Quincy Municipal Airport, Quincy WA or SageCliffe Resort and Spa

What's included:

• Private round-trip helicopter transportation from Seattle, WA to the Quincy Municipal Airport or SageCliffe Resort and Spa (resort reservation required)

What is not included:

• Concert tickets

• Overnight accommodation

Excursion Details: 

• Flight time is approximately 1.5 hours each way for an estimated 3 hours of total flight time (round trip)

• Up to 5 passengers per flight plus a personal item and one piece of luggage per passenger (subject to passenger weight)

• All helicopter flights are flown during daylight hours and are subject to weather, we will not operate in unsafe weather conditions or at night after a concert has finished

Rates

• $8,000+tax 

  • Flights that include a drop off with a return the next day

    • E.g. Fly in on a Friday and return flight on a Saturday

• $12,000+tax

  • Flights that include a drop off with a return flight multiple days later

    • E.g. Fly in on a Saturday depart on a Monday

Route of Flight: Fly in comfort and style in our luxury Airbus H130-T2 EcoStar helicopter. On this private charter, you will depart from Boeing Field and fly over the Cascade Mountain Range to the Gorge/Quincy area!

In roughly an hour and a half, you will leave the Skyscrapers of downtown Seattle behind, soar over mountains, and fly to the East side of Washington state known for its desert-like landscapes. Before coming in for a landing we will do a flyby of the Amphitheatre to get a birds-eye view of your concert venue.

On your departure date, you will meet the crew at your scheduled departure time for your return flight back to Seattle. On the flight back to Seattle you will get more air time over Washington state as you transition from the shrublands of the East to the rich evergreens of the West before getting an up-close aerial experience around downtown Seattle and the Space Needle before coming back in for a landing at our headquarters on Boeing Field.
